Whenever possible, I use my clients existing furniture/art and accessories to stage a home. I only recommend bringing in rental items when it is cost effective and beneficial to my clients in getting their homes sold to today's discriminating buyer.

Most homes (occupied or vacant) can be staged and on the market within 2-4 days of the initial consultation. Most homes are staged in 1 day.
